Following the growing demand for its real-time Flood, Sewer and River Monitoring systems, RDN have decided to join the Environment Agency and the other sponsors at this year’s inaugural Flood and Coast 2017 Conference and Exhibition to be held between the 28th and 30th March at the Telford, International Conference Centre, UK.

Dual Channel Borehole and River Level Monitoring Transmitter Radio Data Networks bannerAccording to the growing number of RDN customers, the continued lack of reliable cellular coverage, growing levels of interference on the UHF licenced free radio bands and the fear of cyber attack on IoT, is driving customers such as the Environment Agency and COMAH site operators to adopt RDN’s Ofcom licenced based systems.

Founder of RDN Mr Brian M Back stated “I believe that the Company is the first to offer a fully licence protected flood, groundwater, river, sewer level and screen blinding monitoring system in one. Further, we are able to offer single, dual or even triple redundant systems with a wide choice of cyber secure data delivery options to clients existing telemetry portals. Finally, an industry first – we have the option of data delivery over the highly secure and resilient TETRA or DMR Tier-3 networks, something we are already doing in Belgium and the Netherlands respectively.
