A single point, industry proven, long life, battery powered, high safety integrity level [SIL] radio telemetry-based flood monitoring & flood alarm transmitter assembly for building perimeter, culvert, trash screen and road sign triggering.

Based upon RDN’s unique award-winning British designed and manufactured BDT bulk dielectric transducer technology. Featuring over 15-years track record, across the rail, road, electricity supply, FM, utility and housing sectors, the Flood Pole has a pedigree second to none.

The Flood Pole is capable of raising an alarm in as little as 2.5 seconds of being impacted by a high-water level caused by flooding on the blinding of a trash screen or culvert. Flood poles will also respond to high levels of silt and also send a regular failsafe heath message that if lost can be used to raise a fault alarm. 

Supplied in a robust 82mm diameter GRP tube, flood poles can be manufactured to any length between 1m and 3m. Flood Pole can be wall, railing mounted or ground mounted, where the latter includes a non-dig ground stake option. Please allow for a 60cm additional length for ground mounting.
