The CamVerifi^TM Trash and Debris Screen Monitoring System is part of an advanced family of British designed and manufactured smart flood monitoring system designed to deliver accurate, dependable, real-time flood level and trash / debris screen images for locations vulnerable to blinding and flooding. Systems are capable of reducing costs, reducing flood risk and improving safety, with data delivered to any smartphone.

Unlike simple time-lapse camera systems, there CamVerifi^TM  system can uniquely include smart sensors to detect blockages that would be normally out of sight within a drain, culvert, behind a headwall or in a pipe, plus the option of an 80GHz radar level gauge to enable flow rate monitoring. Additionally, it is these sensors that enable the system to be smart, able to lie dormant, conserving power and not filling up TB of storage and consequential carbon emissions.

Cost savings can be significant, as the data and camera images can be used to direct maintenance gangs proactively, eliminating the need for hours of inspections. Equally the system is a perfect audit tool for Local Authorities to enable managers to evidence that trash and debris screens have been cleared, siphons and pipes emptied when contractors say they have.

Each CamVerifi^TM system is designed and manufactured in the UK and can be configured like “Lego bricks” to meet the specific requirements of the culvert, bridge, stream, ford or drain.  With each system there can be up to three smart sensors to trigger the warnings, an optional radar level sensor for level/flow.

Installation is simple, there is no need for mains power, and often can be undertaken in under an hour, with systems delivered fully pre-tested with batteries installed ready to go and optional solar panels pre-wired to simply plug in.

For improved resilience there is the option of dual redundant communications option, where in the event of a cellular outage the high-level alerts can still be received by using the Iridium satellite network.
