Radio Data Networks Limited hereafter referred to as RDN, normally only deals with the Business Community and therefore would not normally expect to hold details relating to members of the public.
For clarity, the data generated, gathered and stored by our Sensing, Radio Telemetry and IoT technology is totally sensor/environment/condition/status orientated and through design has always been and will remain 100% anonymous. Further, our technology does not require, carry or contain any personal information of any kind and hence is exempt from the scope of the GDPR.
As a business we may hold basic details concerning legitimate business customers, suppliers and service providers both potential and active, hereafter referred to collectively as contact/s. The contact is normally those that have identified themselves as a member of the contacts staff as may be necessary for them to execute their role as an employee, representative or service provider. Those that identify themselves as consultants are treated similarly as contacts but as an employee of their own practice or working for and on behalf of an ultimate business client. It is the responsibility of the consultant contact to make it clear if their status is anything different to the above.
In all cases we will only hold the following data for contacts:

We strongly advise that contacts only provide their official business-related contact details. Any private information contained within a contacts details this must be considered as deliberate opt-in under Article 5 of the GDPR.
We will NOT at any time ask for personal data other than for those applying through legitimate channels for employment and from current members of the RDN staff. We have the right to destroy upon receipt any un-solicited correspondence containing personal information.
If you believe that we hold any private information you may ask at any time to have your record/s deleted as per Article 17 of the GDPR. You can also ask: a. that any inaccurate information we hold about you is corrected; b. that we delete information about you in certain situations; c. that we stop using your personal information for certain purposes; d. that we don’t make decisions about you by completely automated means; e. that personal information you have given us be provided to you in a common machine readable format, or sent to a third party where this is technically feasible;
The rights set out above may apply in limited circumstances, and we may not always be able to comply with your request to exercise these rights. We will always try to respond to a request to exercise your rights within 1 month.

As a business we encourage contact from the business community and not the public. By completing a Contact / Enquiry form you are effectively opting-in under the GDPR. We will not actively collect any personal information, neither will not ask for any. Do NOT use this form for any other purpose other than requesting information on products or services. If you wish to visit in person a prior appointment must be booked and confirmed in writing. You will be required to bring this written confirmation along with two forms of ID, one of which must include a current photographic record (Passport) and one with your current address such as a utility bill.
