Radio Data Networks was founded in 1995 by Brian M Back, the founder Radio-Tech Limited which is now part of Halma Water Management. He has accumulated over 30-years experience in industry and has grown a reputation as an inventor with hundreds of designs and dozens of inventions to his name.

A Fellow of the Institute of Engineering Technology (FIET), (formally the IEE) and a leading public speaker/lecturer in the areas of applied wireless telecommunication, and pollution prevention, at conferences such as Radio Solutions, and Sustainability Live and this month's IWEX. His published works have appeared in leading international journals and he has donated time to make educational TV and newspaper documentaries to encourage the young to take up an Engineering career.

Over the last 25-years he has been responsible for the innovation and delivery of some the Europe’s major award winning infrastructure & technology projects using wireless technology. He brings to the company a wealth of knowledge and connections throughout industry backed up with a vast knowledge of legislation, EMC testing, radio conformance, product safety, ATEX and most importantly real hands on application of wireless and RFID technology.
